To fund your account, access the Deposit page from the account menu where you can select the desired payment method. If you have registered a credit card as a payment method you will be prompted to enter your card's security code, also known as CV2 (the last three digits to the right on the back of the card) then approve the transaction following the instructions received by your pop-up bank page or the received SMS. Set deposit limits
To set and change your deposit limits you need to go to the Responsible Gaming tab in the account area where you can set the maximum deposit limits on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
How long does it take to change my deposit limit?
The reduction of the limits will take effect immediately while the increase of the limit will take effect after 7 days.
Like banks and other gambling operators, we work closely with regulators to protect our customers and ensure that our services do not cause harm.
Failed card payments
A card payment may not be successful for various reasons including absence or temporary suspension of the network connection, active network firewalls or any browser pop-up blocks. In most cases, deposit difficulties are resolved with one of the following simple measures:
- Browser update
- Clearing browser cache and cookies
- Change of data network between home network (wi-fi) and mobile network (3g, 4g, 5g, LTE, etc.)
In some cases it may be necessary to change browser or device.
Avoid repeating a deposit if the previous one is still being confirmed; also avoid making a deposit if there is a withdrawal request in progress or a SOW/SOF verification is in progress.
Payment rejected
In most cases, if a deposit is rejected by the payment method provider, the problem can be resolved easily. Try to check the following:
- Are the details of the payment method correct? You can view and edit your payment method information on the Deposit page.
- Are you entering the correct Card Security Code (CV2)? The CV2 consists of the last three digits on the signature line on the back of the card.
For reasons beyond our control, some issuers may block transactions in favor of betting and gambling companies. If so, we recommend that you contact your card issuer.
Is it possible to remove a credit card (theft, loss, etc.)?
Yes, it is possible to remove a credit card registered on the site by communicating the request to cs@betrebels.com. It takes from 12 to 36 hours to update the data, it is therefore advisable to wait for these times, after confirming the cancellation of a card, before making further deposits or withdrawals with the same method.
What currencies can I use to fund my account?
The only currency in which a deposit can be made is the one set when registering the game account. It is not possible to change the currency of a game account once it has been activated. The available currencies are: Euro, US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Swiss Franc, Indian rupee.
Payment transit time
The times for crediting the payments are immediate. If a deposit request is late in being confirmed, it is likely that it will fail. In this case, in a time that can vary from 20 to 60 minutes, the payment will be cancelled. Trustly payments may take longer sometimes depending on the case.
Note:Before the payment request has been confirmed by the credit institution, no amount is transferred to Rebels Gaming. Any visible charge on accounts or credit cards is to be considered only booked and will be restored by the credit institution when the request is canceled and the times do not depend on Rebels Gaming.
